How Summer Camp Reservation Works
- Review the 2027 session dates below and check our live campsite availability.
- Fill out the Troop Reservation Request Form and list your Top 3 preferred weeks.
- Our admin team will review allocations, assign your week, and confirm your campsite deposit.

Unit & Leader Rates
Standard week rates for units and attending adult leaders. All participants receive a patch and a t-shirt.

Free Leader Policy:
For every ten Scouts a unit brings to camp, the fee for one full-week adult leader will be waived.
Individual & Special Rates
Options for provisional Scouts, day campers, and second-week campers. All participants receive a patch and a t-shirt.

Unit Deposit
Reserve your unit a space for Summer 2027.
$150 / Unit
- Holds campsite reservation and applies toward final balance.
- Final rosters and payments due by [Date].
- Merit badge portal opens on [Date].
Payment & Registration Schedule
Unit Count Deposit
Let us know how many Scouts and Leaders you will be bringing to camp. Unit Counts will be locked after April 15th.
Session Registration Opens
Session registration cannot be finalized until Unit Count payment has been made. The registration portal will close one week prior to your unit’s arrival.
Final Payment Locks
Your unit’s full balance will be available in your registration. Adult leader credits will be auto-applied based on Scout count.
Check-In & Express Check-In
To qualify for Express Check-In, your unit’s balance must be paid in full prior to arrival. Any unpaid balances will be collected at the Administration Building.
