3. Submit Estimated Numbers: Reserve the campsite with the initial Scout deposit count.
4. Manage Roster & Payments: Enter youth/adult names, rank groupings, and dietary notes as payments are collected.

Registering as an Individual (Provisional)

Scouts whose home pack is not attending.

1. Register Youth & Parent/Guardian: Individual Scouts attend either with their parent/guardian or are assigned to a vetted host pack.
2. Camp Placement: Camp leadership confirms campsite assignment and host unit introduction prior to check-in.

Important Registration Policies

- Campsite Minimums: Campsite reservations are subject to minimum capacity thresholds. Units that do not meet minimums may be paired with another unit at the same site.
- Medical Forms: All youth and adults must arrive with completed BSA Annual Health & Medical Records (Parts A & B).
- Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before camp start may receive a refund, less the deposit, for verified medical or family emergencies.
