Red Oak

Red Oak is a beautiful campsite located on the back side of the Hill. Its proximity to Trail's End A, Trail's End B, and Laurel Ridge allow for increased social interaction between troops.  Scouts can often be seen using the open space at the end of the road between the sites to throw footballs, discs, etc.  Features of Red Oak include a fire pit, picnic shelter, and latrine with showers.  The Lake Trail borders much of the campsite.  In addition to providing a shortcut to the base of the Knob Trail, Scouts and leaders who like to hike will find themselves at home on the tranquil Lake Trail.
