Merit Badge Prerequisite Submission
Some merit badge requirements cannot be completed during the week at summer camp. If Scouts have completed some of these requirements before their week at summer camp, please submit the following form so that these requirements can be reflected in your troop's end-of-week advancement report.

Instructions to submit merit badge prerequisites:
1) Open this spreadsheet and make a copy when prompted.
2) Fill out the form based on the directions in the spreadsheet.
3) Once completed, download the file as an .xlsx (Excel) file. To do this, go to file, download, and choose .xlsx (Excel).
4) Submit the .xlsx file in the form below.
